CBS’s Hit Series “Undercover Boss” Gives Fatburger CEO Andy Wiederhorn an Inside View of His own Franchise Operations

LOS ANGELES (March 26, 2013) – Fatburger (www.fatburger.com) CEO, Andy Wiederhorn, will be featured on the hit CBS series “Undercover Boss” on Friday, April 5th at 8pm/7c. Wiederhorn will go on an adventure, taking a behind the scenes look at the franchise’s locations while performing such tasks as grilling burgers, baking buns and taking menu orders.

After acquiring the chain in 2003 and taking over as CEO in 2006, Wiederhorn has been vital to reviving the once struggling burger brand, turning it into an international phenomenon. The fast casual chain known for its delicious, grilled-to-order burgers, has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and now operates over 150 locations worldwide, with 300 more under development. Wiederhorn made the decision to participate in “Undercover Boss” in order to examine the brand from a different perspective and learn from some of the biggest assets to Fatburger, the employees.
