The new Tilted Kilt pubs will open under the leadership of AARK Development Inc, led by Amol Kohli and Joseph Amodio, Tilted Kilt Area Developers and multi-unit franchisees. Already working toward the goal of 15 new pubs by the end of 2017, AARK Development’s next pub is slated to open in Monmouth Junction, N.J. in May, 2015 and will be situated at 4095 US 1.

With four successful pubs in North Jersey currently, Kohli and Amodio see this combined area as a strong market that has substantial growth potential.
