The 2,000-square-foot shop is located in Tomball Marketplace at 14215 FM 2920 Road, at the intersection of SH 249 and FM 2920. The widely acclaimed neighborhood hangout is known for its signature sandwiches, hand-dipped milkshakes and live, local music.

Ralph Baig, the new sandwich shop’s owner, is a Cypress, Texas resident with close community connections and an extensive background in business management and operations.

With previous experience as a general manager for Potbelly, Baig oversees the sandwich shop’s day-to-day operations and the team of managers and staff.
