CD One Price Cleaners Partners With Infant Welfare Society Of Chicago For 4th Consecutive Year

Keeping Local Children & Families Warm This Winter Through “Coats For Kids"

WESTCHESTER, IL (PRWEB) November 11, 2015 - CD One Price Cleaners (http://www.cdonepricecleaners.com), Chicago’s leader in the dry cleaning and laundry industry, is very excited to be continuing what has become an annual tradition for them, collecting coats to benefit the Infant Welfare Society.

Each Chicagoland franchise and company-owned CD One Price Cleaners location is asking their customers and community members to donate children’s gently-used coats now through November 14. Adult coats are also welcome and appreciated. The coats will then be cleaned by CD One and readied for pickup by The Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, who provides them to underserved children and families to keep them warm during Chicago’s harsh winters.

During the past four years that CD One has promoted their “Coats for Kids” campaign, their customers have donated thousands of coats for the local community. These donations never go unneeded, as over 200 new patients enroll monthly at The Infant Welfare Society.

For over the past 100 years, the Infant Welfare Society has been working tirelessly to provide quality, comprehensive care to women, children, and families in need who would otherwise lack access to basic medical care. Their mission is to give disadvantaged children a foundation for a productive and fruitful future through physical and mental health services. They offer a vast list of services including child development, primary medical care, dentistry, optometry, mental health, women’s health care, family counseling and therapy, and child development, parenting, and family support services.

Donations made to Coats for Kids will help these children and families in their day-to-day lives and hopefully help prevent worsening health conditions as we enter the bitter cold months of a Chicago winter.

Donations can be made at any Chicagoland CD One Price Cleaners location.
