RLHC Hello Rewards to Offer Specialty Coffee Perk to Members

SPOKANE, Wash. - Nov. 17, 2015 // GLOBE NEWSWIRE // - RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) announced today its Hello Rewards members are eligible beginning today to receive a $10 coupon valid for Victrola Coffee Roasters online store.

"The RLHC coffee program is such a value add for guests of Hotel RL and Red Lion Hotels," said Dan Ollis, President of Vibe Coffee Group, Inc. "Guests can enjoy our coffee both at these hotels and at home."

"The entire premise of our Hello Rewards guest recognition program is to surprise and delight our members," said Bill Linehan, RLHC Chief Marketing Officer. "With our new specialty coffee program underway, the coupon is another opportunity for us to extend our hospitality outside of our hotels."

Eligible Hello Rewards members will automatically receive the coupon code by email. In July, RLHC announced its alliance with Seattle-based Vibe Coffee Group, Inc., to bring the Pacific Northwest coffeehouse experience to the lobbies of its Red Lion brands. Victrola Coffee is currently served in the lobbies of Hotel RL locations and Whidbey Coffee will be served in the lobbies of Red Lion Hotels and Red Lion Inn & Suites by the end of 2016.

Hello Rewards Earns Gold from Loyalty360

Last week, RLHC Hello Rewards earned gold at the 2015 Loyalty360 CX Awards during the annual Engagement & Experience Expo in Dallas. RLHC was named as a finalist along with Allstate, Chili's Grill & Bar, and Hilton Worldwide for the Best Technology & Trends category. The gold award acknowledges the integration by RLHC of its guest recognition program with its RevPak guest management system to knowingly recognize Hello Rewards members.
