ERA Real Estate Expands Presence in Texas With New Franchise Affiliation of Starcrest Realty

Madison, N.J. - ERA Real Estate, a global franchising leader, today announced the affiliation of StarCrest Realty LLC based in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston, Texas. With two offices and nearly 50 affiliated agents, the firm will now do business as ERA StarCrest Realty.

Established in 2004, the firm is led by Kevin and Anne Alaimo, who have combined expertise in real estate, marketing and corporate learning.

Over the last decade, StarCrest Realty played a significant role in clearing distressed sales and positioning the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston markets for recovery. In addition, the company works with local homeowners to take advantage of federal programs that aim to restore and rebuild communities, such as the Good Neighbor Next Door program. Since its founding, the company has handled nearly 9,000 distressed sales; in 2015, the firm was responsible for $130 million in sales volume.
