Smoke’s Poutinerie is once again revolutionizing the most gastronomical dish of all time by introducing a whole new potato in a whole new way with their Smashed Fries! Fan favorites will land on the permanent menu and bold new international poutine flavours inspired by Smoke’s Around the World Adventure will launch monthly from March through until June when he returns home to Canada. To celebrate his homecoming, #Plaidnation Fans have the chance to WIN a seven-night all-inclusive vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Morning poutine-cravers, will be stoked to see the Breakfast Club hitting the silver menu screen full-time, featuring fan-favorites like the Hangover Poutine (scrambled eggs, double-smoked bacon, drizzled with some ‘ohhh so Canadian’ maple syrup), Mexican Scrambler Poutine (scrambled eggs, salsa, sour cream and jalapenos) and multiple Beans N’ Weenies Poutine variations which can be topped with your choice of double-smoked bacon, grilled chicken, scrambled eggs or flat-iron steak all paired with baked beans and weenies. In addition to this incredible first-wave of poutine innovations, Smoke’s Poutinerie is kicking it up another level with their new Smashed Fries – mini innovators that are quartered and blanched, hand-smashed and fried golden crispy. On March 6, Smoke takes off in his crop-duster for a #SmokeAdventure of a lifetime! Fans can experience this journey firsthand by visiting their local Smoke’s Poutinerie and tasting all 4 internationally inspired poutine flavours as they are released. Customers will receive a complimentary passport booklet to help guide them through this culinary adventure, once fans have visited all 4 countries and collected each stamp they can enter to win an all-expense paid trip to the beachfront Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

Smoke will begin his world tour in India, where he’ll be concocting the perfect Indian Poutine as a souvenir. After experiencing all the sites, scents and flavours of India, Smoke will immediately set off to Korea on April 3, where the Korean Poutine will be making its debut. This exotic recipe is virtually guaranteed to be everyone’s favorite poutine of the menu refresh, until the next leg of Smoke’s journey which comes on May 1 - Jamaican Poutine will get fans geared up for the summer months by combining mouthwatering island flavours. Finally, on June 5, Smoke returns home to Canada, bringing with him the fourth and final internationally inspired poutine, this one a twist on the traditional - the Oh Canada Poutine. This ultimate Canadian poutine marks the launch of Plaid Nation Week, Smoke’s Poutinerie’s week-long celebration all in recognition of their #Plaidnation Fans, concluding righteously on Canada Day.
