Penn Station, Inc Adds Franchise Qualifications Specialist

Penn Station Hires Heather Stoffer

March 16, 2017 // Franchising.com // MILFORD, OHIO - Penn Station East Coast Subs, the fast-casual restaurant known for its grilled, made-to-order sub sandwiches, hand-squeezed lemonade and fresh-cut fries, has added Heather Stoffer to its corporate headquarters as franchise qualifications specialist.

Stoffer comes to Penn Station from Innominds, where she was marketing manager. She previously worked at Ascendum Solutions as marketing associate and Humana MarketPOINT as marketing support specialist. Stoffer has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management and strategic leadership from Ohio University. She is the co-vice president of YP and development for the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association.

“Heather is a great addition to our development team, and she’ll help bring in and qualify franchise leads,” said Penn Station President Craig Dunaway. “Her background in marketing, business development, customer acquisition and project management makes her a perfect fit for this new position.”

Cincinnati-based Penn Station East Coast Subs features grilled sub sandwiches – including the chain’s renowned Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich – and cold deli sandwiches made to order with high-quality ingredients on hearth-baked bread. The menu also includes fresh-cut fries, hand-squeezed lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies baked daily in the restaurant. Penn Station offers eat-in dining, carry out and catering.
