Executive Care Signs Three New Franchise Agreements

Set to Expand into Louisville, Phoenix and San Jose

July 10, 2017 // Franchising.com // Hackensack, N.J. – Executive Care, one of the nation’s leading providers of skilled home health care, has signed three franchise agreements for new offices in Louisville, Kentucky; Phoenix, Arizona; and San Jose, California.

The new agreements come at a time of record growth for Executive Care. The New Jersey-based franchise has experienced 40 percent unit growth over the past year and an impressive 250 percent unit growth over the last three years. With 14 offices open and operating in nine states, and several more in various stages of development throughout the country, Executive Care plans to open as many as 10 new offices this year alone.

“We’re continuing to pick up the pace of our expansion,” said Lenny Verkhoglaz, co-founder and CEO of Executive Care. “It's exciting to welcome a new group into the family and continue our efforts to provide compassionate, quality home care services to our clients in communities all across the country.”

Founded in 2004 and franchising since 2012, Executive Care provides a full range of medical and non-medical home care services for individuals and families to help them remain independent and stay in their home. Services range from companionship and help with meal preparation and household chores to help with bathing, personal hygiene and personal care. Executive Care also serves individuals recovering from illness, injury or surgery.

“Home health care is an extremely rewarding business that allows franchisees to touch people’s lives and to be of service to others. Our aim is to ease the burden of family members and provide superior care to all clients,” said Verkhoglaz. “We are also committed to providing exceptional support to our franchisees, who in turn, provide that outstanding, compassionate care our clients expect.”

Including a franchise fee (for a territory with a population of 500,000 residents) of $44,900, initial investment to own and operate an Executive Care office ranges between $99,750 and $151,000. The franchise fee for a second territory is reduced to $35,900 and $26,900 for a third territory.
