Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Newbury Park Location

Franchise owners Dan Burrell, Angel Velazquez, and Artie Maidman held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, July 26 to Sunday, July 30 to support Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ventura.

The new restaurant, located at 761 North Wendy Drive, circulated 5,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ventura.

“We are thrilled to be opening our second Newbury Park location on July 26th,” said Velazquez. “We can’t think of a greater cause to support than the local Big Brothers and Big Sisters Club and we look forward to continuing those partnerships throughout the community.
