Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Hillsboro Location

August 21, 2017 // Franchising.com // HILLSBORO, Ore. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Hillsboro on August 16. Franchise owner Zack Heikkala held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 16 to Sunday, August 20 to support Hillsboro School Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 2515 SE Tualatin Valley Hwy., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Hillsboro School Foundation.

“We are excited to be opening our second Hillsboro store,” said Heikkala. “As a brand, Jersey Mike’s truly believes in serving a quality product and experience while making a difference for our customers and community. In fact, our grand opening will include a 5-day fundraiser benefiting the Hillsboro School Foundation. As a business owner, my goal is to give back by supporting local programs and organizations that make a positive impact for the youth in the communities we serve.”
