Fitness Center Marks the First Crunch Gym to Open in Michigan

WESTLAND, Mich. - Sept. 14, 2017 // PRNewswire // - Today, Crunch Fitness opened a new 25,000-square foot gym with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities in Westland, Michigan. The club, located in the shopping plaza at 35715 Warren Rd, is the first Crunch Fitness club to open in Michigan.

The new Crunch gym sits in the same high-traffic complex that houses Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco, with ample designated parking for its members. The single-story location will offer a new fitness experience complete with group fitness, a designated cardio and strength training area, Zumba®, Olympic Platforms, Functional Training Equipment as well as HydroMassage® beds and a private stretching area.

Crunch Westland is the first of several Crunch clubs for first-time owners James Wiese and Adam Hourani. The team plans to open another Crunch location in Clinton Township, Michigan in February 2018 and have plans to open several more Crunch gyms in the Tri-County Area in the future.
