Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Mansfield Location

Franchise owners Jeff Worthen and Chad Huffhines held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 20 to Sunday, December 24 to support Mansfield Education Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 3450 E. Broad St., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Mansfield Education Foundation.

“Jeff and I are so thankful for the support Mansfield has shown us over the years, helping us give back to the community,” said Huffhines. “Whether it was our annual Wipe Out Kids Cancer Month of Giving or the various school fundraisers we do. We want to encourage you to come out the 20th of December through the 24th and enjoy a great Sub, “Mike’s Way” of course, and support our wonderful charity, Mansfield Education Foundation.

“As a board member of the MISD Education Foundation, I get to see the real impact this charity does in our community providing teachers with money for grants they have written to better educate our children,” Huffhines added. “These teachers are extraordinary in their tactics of teaching outside the box. By funding these grants through the foundation, we make our community a better place to live, work and play. Thank you again for all your support!”
