With Laina Sullivan-Director of Franchise Development of Gloria Jean’s Coffees at the helm, and 14 new stores in the pipeline, her team has been able to capitalize on the ever growing need for high quality coffee shops with a reputable name. Through lots of hard work, Sullivan and her team have been able to launch Gloria Jean’s Coffees in various markets as well as find opportunities for multi area agreements in places where the brand has never been before. They are grateful for Entrepreneur Magazine for putting them on the Franchise 500 List of 2018. They hope that this year brings them more franchising opportunities so that they can climb the list for 2019.
