Home Helpers Promotes Three at National Support Center

February 01, 2018 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OHIO - Home Helpers CEO Emma Dickison has announced three associates have been promoted to new roles at the company’s National Support Center. Those promoted include:

  • Mercedes Morgan has been promoted to Senior Director of Franchise Services
  • Teresa Malott has been promoted to Director of Training
  • Michelle Tate has been promoted to Director of Accounting

“Each of these associates have been a tremendous asset to our franchise owners and our organization,” said Dickison in announcing the promotions. “I look forward to their contributions in their new roles and thank them for their service.”

Dickison also announced that Barry Nelson will join the company full-time as General Counsel & Executive Vice President, while Jackie Moore also joins the company on a full-time basis as Director of People Services & Legal Support. Each had done work for the organization previously as part of a shared services arrangement with Strategic Franchising Services. This arrangement was discontinued, effective February 5, 2018 as part of the sale of Home Helpers to Linsalata Capital Partners in 2016.

“We are thrilled to add the experienced leadership that Barry and Jackie bring to Home Helpers on a full-time basis,” said Dickison. “We look forward to their contributions as we work toward our goals for 2018 and beyond.”
