To receive a ride, clients simply call their local Right at Home office - no apps or smartphones are needed, and complicated payment arrangements are eliminated. Once clients tell the office staff where they want to go, the office staff will make the arrangements with the Lyft Concierge. The Lyft driver then picks up the client and takes them to their destination. Right at Home is able to monitor the driver's location so they know where the client is at all times.
