My Pie Reaches New Milestone by Opening its First Florida Location in Miami

PHOENIX (PRWEB) April 08, 2018 - My Pie, a fine-casual pizza concept that offers customizable New York authentic pizza, will open its first Florida location in 2018. This milestone will keep the brand on track for significant growth with the plan to open a total of 5 locations across Miami, Florida.

At My Pie, guests are able to custom-build their dining experience by using homemade recipes, New York authentic pizza, and locally sourced ingredients. Each location makes its own dough and sauces in-house daily and uses an 800° oven to cook pies in 2 minutes for fast, casual dining.

Local entrepreneurs Mark and Claudia Ramirez will own and operate the Miami My Pie locations. For the past 26 years, Mark and Claudia have owned a global logistics company with offices in Florida, New Jersey, and China. Over the last several years, the couple was looking for a family business to invest in and soon found My Pie.

“When we came across My Pie, we were originally intrigued by the concept of building your own pizza. However, after the meeting the partners, we realized what set My Pie apart is their use of Italian family recipes and their objective of being ‘your neighborhood pizzeria’. It truly made the brand stand out compared to other franchises we explored”, says Ramirez. “The franchisees host fundraisers, local programs, and events for the community. We want to get involved in our community and look forward to being able to give back. We cannot wait to bring our own neighborhood pizzeria to Miami.”

My Pie Miami is planning to open in Summer 2018. The menu will include pizza, salad, calzones, garlic knots, and similar offerings.
