Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Third Carlsbad Location

May 15, 2018 // Franchising.com // CARLSBAD, Calif. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Carlsbad on May 9. Franchise owner Christy Paul, along with her husband Mike Baker, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from May 9 to Sunday, May 13 to support La Costa Canyon High School Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 7625 Via Campanile, La Costa Towne Square, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to La Costa Canyon High School Foundation.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to develop the Jersey Mike’s brand in ‘La Costa/Carlsbad,’” said Paul. “The most exciting thing is we live less than five minutes away from our newest location. On a daily basis, when we drop off our kids at school or take them to football practice, etc…all our friends are constantly asking when we are opening up La Costa! It truly will be a neighborhood store.”
