HomeSmart International Brokerages Achieve Top Rankings in 2018 Real Trends Market Leaders Report

Sides and Sales Volume Place Eight HomeSmart Brokerages Among Top 10 in Their Respective Markets.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (PRWEB) May 18, 2018 - HomeSmart was represented multiple times in the 2018 Real Trends Market Leaders report released earlier this month, including the No. 1, 2 and 3 rank in Phoenix, Denver and Palm Springs respectively for sides and sales volume.

The report ranks the top residential real estate firms in more than 125 markets based on last year’s sides and sales volume.

HomeSmart’s three company-owned brokerages in Phoenix, Denver and Palm Springs, Calif, were in the top 5 in their respective markets for sides and sales volume. Franchises were also recognized among the top 10 companies in Tucson, Ariz., Colorado Springs, Colo., Salem, Ore., San Diego, Calif., and Orange County/Riverside, Calif.

In Metro Phoenix, where HomeSmart is headquartered, the brokerage was ranked No. 1 in sides and sales volume for the seventh consecutive year. The Phoenix brokerage alone sold nearly $6.5 billion in 22,040 sides in that market last year.

HomeSmart’s brokerage in Denver was No. 2 and 3 with 7,885 sides and nearly $3 billion in sales volume, respectively. In Palm Springs, HomeSmart had 1,836 sides and nearly $543 million in volume, landing it in the No. 3 spot for both criteria.
