Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Los Lunas Location

June 04, 2018 // Franchising.com // LOS LUNAS, N.M. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Los Lunas on May 30. Franchise owners Thomas McCollum and Jeffrey McCollum, along with operating partner Shane Jones, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, May 30 to Sunday, June 3 to support Make-A-Wish New Mexico.

The new restaurant, located at 1660 Main Street, circulated 5,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Make-A-Wish.
