LA MIRADA, Calif. - July 24, 2018 // PRNewswire // - Crunch Franchise today announced the opening of a 20,000 square-foot gym with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities in the heart of La Mirada, California, a community in southeast Los Angeles. Opening on Saturday, July 28, the modern, expansive club is located at 12805 Valley View Avenue, a short distance from Los Altos Park, La Mirada Community Regional Park, Biola University and other area landmarks.

Fusing fitness with entertainment to make serious exercise fun, the new Crunch location will offer top-quality cardio and strength training equipment, half-hour circuit training, personal training, a functional training area with indoor turf, spin classes, a dedicated group fitness studio, tanning, HydroMassage®, online nutrition guidance, Crunch Live virtual classes and more.

Crunch La Mirada is owned and operated by Harman Fitness Group's David and Curtis Harman, who jointly own and operate 40 other Crunch locations.
