Former Commercial Real Estate Exec Joins Anago Cleaning Systems As Master Franchise Owner

Newest Master Franchisee set to lead Anago of Greater Newark

July 26, 2018 // Franchising.com // Anago Cleaning Systems (Anago), an industry-leading commercial cleaning franchise with over 40 Master Franchise locations and over 1,500 Unit Franchises throughout the U.S. and internationally, is pleased to announce its newest Master Franchise Owner of Greater Newark, Jonathan Dean.

“As an international firm, we truly value the unique backgrounds of all our Master Franchisees,” says Adam Povlitz, President of Anago Cleaning Systems. “Jonathan’s experience in commercial real estate sales and managing large-scale projects shows he has the capacity and talent to grow Anago’s footprint in the greater Newark area exponentially,” Povlitz adds.

Dean brings over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, making him a perfect candidate for Anago’s Master Franchise model. Prior to joining Anago, Dean was the Senior Vice President of Swig Equities, LLC & Hemsley Spear, LLC. During his time with Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc., Dean worked as the Managing Director for the Leasing division, managing over nine Manhattan office buildings totaling 3.5 million rentable square feet. Dean also worked on a large-scale redesign, rebranding and releasing project located in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan which resulted in a significant rise in property value.

“Though brokerage sales and Landlord representation have largely defined my career, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to combine my experience in managing projects with my desire to help lead a group of dynamic Unit Franchisees and help more entrepreneurs become business owners,” says Dean.

Dean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance from the University of Richmond. He currently resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife and has three adult children. Dean is also a Founder and previous Board of Directors member of the Hudson Square Business Improvement District and is a winner of the Cushman & Wakefield Top Producer Salesperson Award. When he is not in the office, Dean is a Big Brother and member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey.
