Pirtek USA Moves Into State-Of-The-Art Building Five Times Larger Than Its Former Headquarters

Company Hosts Local Dignitaries, U.S. Franchise Owners For Ribbon-cutting

October 31, 2018 // Franchising.com // Rockledge, FL, USA - Pirtek USA relocated to a newly constructed, spacious headquarters in October to house its growing operations. The state-of-the-art facility is on a 10-acre site on Gus Hipp Boulevard in Rockledge, FL. At 120,000 square feet, including 20,000 square feet of office space, the new corporate headquarters is five times the size of the previous one, which was also in Rockledge.

The $10 million facility will initially house 40 employees, with plenty of room for expansion. Pirtek has about 3,000 employees worldwide and 500 in the United States.

In a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on Oct. 19, Pirtek hosted more than 150 guests from around the country, including franchise owners and local dignitaries. Pirtek’s founder, Peter Duncan, traveled from Australia and had the honor of snipping the ceremonial ribbon.

“It was great to have so many of our people from all around the United States joining us to celebrate our relocation to this beautiful facility,” said Glenn Duncan, CEO of Pirtek. “We needed a place to accommodate all the anticipated growth of the company in the coming years. The new headquarters will certainly fulfill that purpose.”

With 18 new franchise locations added since January 2017, Pirtek continues its climb in Entrepreneur magazine’s Franchise 500® list, having now broken into the prestigious top 100. This year’s No. 78 ranking marks a jump of 95 places over the previous year’s numbers. Pirtek has also cracked the top 50 in Entrepreneur’s Global 200® list at No. 42.
