Following a 35-year career as a computer software programmer, Adeleke gained firsthand knowledge of the importance of caregiving when she became the sole caregiver for her mother and nephew. Adeleke plans to use her background in meeting the needs of the user in computer programming to provide clients the best quality in-home care.

She felt fulfilled in her previous career as a computer programmer when she was able to understand and meet the needs of the user. Similarly, she knows that with Homewatch CareGivers she can provide clients the best care by focusing on the needs of the individual.
