Twenty-Six Comfort Keepers Locations Across the U.S. Earn 2019 Best of Home® Care Awards

Annual Recognition Highlights In-Home Care Provider and Employer Excellence

February 19, 2019 // Franchising.com // IRVINE, California - More than two dozen Comfort Keepers® offices from across the United States have won 2019 Best of Home Care® awards, which recognizes home care agencies as leaders within the industry, excellent providers of care, and employer of choice among caregivers.

Home Care Pulse, a leading in-home care industry satisfaction research and quality assurance agency, annually announces its Best of Home Care Awards based on client and caregiver satisfaction surveys and ratings. The awards are segmented into three categories – Best of Home Care Leader in Excellence, Best of Home Care Provider of Choice, and Best of Home Care Employer of Choice. A total of 26 Comfort Keepers offices won awards for 2019, some in more than one category.

Eight Comfort Keepers locations have been granted a Home Care Leader in Excellence award after performing among the top 5-10 percent of agencies participating in the Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management program, including:

The Home Care Provider of Choice was earned by 20 Comfort Keepers locations. The award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected from telephone interviews performed by Home Care Pulse. Winners include:
