Leading Home Services Franchise Announces Return of Roger Gomez to Lead the Charge in Franchisee Support and Training and Vendor Relations

May 08, 2019 // Franchising.com // THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. - Screenmobile, a nationwide leader in screen doors, windows, porches and screen repairs, recently announced the return of experienced corporate member Roger Gomez to its home office team.

“I am very excited to rejoin the corporate team and support our franchisees again,” said Gomez. “I’m looking forward to meeting and training the new Screenmobile franchisees and continuing the ongoing support for the existing franchise locations.”

Gomez will lead franchisee training and support, as well as vendor communication. His previous role with the Screenmobile corporate office and as a field tech equips him well for his new position. Prior to rejoining the team, Gomez owned a Screenmobile in Poway, California. He has a combined 16 years of experience with the brand.

“We are thrilled to welcome Roger back to our corporate team,” said Scott Walker, CEO of Southern California-based Screenmobile. “With his expertise and knowledge of our systems and processes, he’ll play an integral role on the team. The franchisees will be excited for his return!”

The veteran franchise brand has transformed the screening industry by bringing quality, stylish screens and outdoor living concepts at affordable prices to home improvement projects across the country. Screenmobile’s unmatched commitment to customer satisfaction and convenience is just one way the company makes home improvement projects a breeze.

Screenmobile stays ahead of the curve with superb customer service by measuring, manufacturing, installing and testing screens all in one visit with a uniformed employee. Afterwards, a representative follows up with proactive communication to ensure the needs of the customer are met. This commitment to the customer resonates with Screenmobile’s franchisees.

As franchisees, Screenmobile owners are provided a protected territory, marketing materials, tools and equipment, uniforms and a trailer. They are afforded a strong corporate support system offering empowering training and guidance programs. New owners attend “Screen School,” a two-week program to learn about the franchise’s business operations, goals and values. They also complete 13 weeks of ongoing video call training known as “The Fast Start Program.”

This unwavering commitment to franchisee support has helped the home services franchise grow into a national brand with staying power: Screenmobile was founded nearly 40 years ago.

The typical Screenmobile franchisee is attracted to the opportunity’s great work-life balance and the physical and emotional aspect of the job (i.e. working with their hands and building relationships with both customers and the local community). As Screenmobile continues to expand to new locations, it is seeking entrepreneurs passionate about business growth with a great customer-focused attitude.
