Screenmobile Pulls into Northwest Arkansas

Nation’s Leading Mobile Screen Service Brings Convenient Home Improvement to Benton, Washington Counties

May 17, 2019 // Franchising.com // SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. - “America’s Neighborhood Screen Store” will now “steer” Northwest Arkansas in the right direction through affordable and convenient home improvement.

Screenmobile announced today that it has launched a new location in Northwest Arkansas. The brand has disrupted the screening industry by providing a cost-effective and convenient solution for an otherwise inconvenient home and business improvement experience. Local residents will soon find out how easy home improvement can be. Screenmobile of Northwest Arkansas is slated to open May 1, 2019 and is the first location for the brand in the state. It will serve homes and businesses across Benton and Washington Counties.

“I’m thrilled to start a new career as a Screenmobile owner and bring this unique and needed business to my community,” said Brock Erdman, owner of Screenmobile of Northwest Arkansas. “I am able to serve my neighbors with a more convenient and efficient screening experience and proudly wear the Screenmobile name.”

Screenmobile’s success is rooted in its commitment to customer satisfaction. In a single visit, a Screenmobile representative arrives in uniform, then measures, manufactures, installs and tests the screens on-site. Afterwards, Screenmobile follows up with proactive communication to ensure the needs of the customer are met. This commitment to the customer resonated with Brock after working many years in a client-oriented field.

Prior to launching his new license to Northwest Arkansas, Erdman worked in various sales and marketing roles at the Soderquist Center and Saatchi & Saatchi X, developing extraordinary skills in customer service and relationship building. The opportunity to open his own business attracted him to launch Screenmobile.

His wife, Sarah, will help him run the business. The couple share three young children, aged four, two and six months. A natural handyman, Erdman spends his free time renovating the family’s 110-year-old home, a passion that aligns well with his new Screenmobile business.

“We are excited to be expanding into Northwest Arkansas and look forward to driving business within the region,” said Scott Walker, President and CEO of Screenmobile. “Brock was the perfect choice to help establish the brand in Arkansas because of his vast experience in customer service and proven work ethic. We are thrilled to welcome Brock to the Screenmobile family.”

From its inception in 1980, Screenmobile has experienced steady growth year after year. Today, there are over 119 licenses across more than 26 states, with 10-15 additional ones in development throughout the country.

The Walker family, Monty M., Scott and Monty L., had a vision of starting a brand that capitalized on the opportunity to become the first mobile screening company. Over the years, Screenmobile has gained a loyal customer base. The brand stands apart from other screening companies due to its low overhead, quick ramp-up time and familial spirit.
