Homewatch CareGivers Recognized on Franchise Times Top 200+ Franchise List

Leading Home Care Concept Ranked on Prestigious List of Largest United States Franchises

October 10, 2019 // Franchising.com // GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - Homewatch CareGivers announced today that it has been ranked on Franchise Times’ Top 200+ list, the most comprehensive ranking of the 500 largest franchise systems in the United States. The distinguished list is based on Homewatch CareGivers’ global system sales and number of locations. Homewatch CareGivers ranks in at #291 on the list, joining the most reputable brands in the nation.

The acknowledgement of being named to this ranking showcases the exceptional growth the company has experienced in the past year. In 2018, the brand generated $138.8 million in sales and has reached 189 locations throughout the United States and 202 locations globally.

Franchise Times uses a combination of companies’ voluntary reports and the most recent franchise disclosure documents to rank the 500 largest franchise systems in the United States. To qualify for the ranking, companies must be a legal United States franchise, with its headquarters based in the United States or at least 10 percent of their total units located in the country. Franchisees must also own at least 15 percent of the company’s total units.

Homewatch CareGivers strives to provide best-in-class support for its franchisees and even has a unique support system in place. In addition to its proven franchise model, the home office works closely with each franchisee to establish a 52-week Business Implementation Plan (BIP), which pinpoints target goals that should be met in order to run a high-quality, successful operation in the first year of business.

The estimated initial investment for a Homewatch CareGivers franchise ranges from $83,000 to $141,500, which includes a franchisee fee of $49,000. Interested individuals must also have a minimum net worth of $350,000 and $50,000 liquid capital to ensure additional funding is available while launching their franchise.
