Asheville Businessman Opens Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Franchise

October 15, 2019 // Franchising.com // ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Eric Estes, an Asheville businessman, has opened Office Pride of Asheville-Arden, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise business.

Office Pride of Asheville-Arden provides a full range of commercial cleaning services to commercial facilities in the area comprising Asheville, Arden, Fletcher, Enka, Candler, Mills River, Hendersonville, Weaverville and Black Mountain.

Estes, who worked in medical sales and leadership for 25 years, recently relocated from Mooresville with his family to open the Office Pride business. With a background in medical sales, he initially will focus efforts on providing cleaning services to healthcare facilities. However, Office Pride also services office buildings, schools, churches, banks and various other commercial facilities.

“My goal is to provide the best commercial cleaning service in the Asheville area,” Estes said. “As the business grows and flourishes, I intend to be a steward of my community and to adhere to my longtime business philosophy of being kind and true.”
