Louisville Businesswomen Open New Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Franchise

November 18, 2019 // Franchising.com // LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Helen Haile and Jerusalem Begashaw, both of Louisville, have opened Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Louisville-Fern Creek, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise business.

Office Pride of Louisville-Fern Creek provides a full range of commercial cleaning and routine janitorial services to commercial facilities in the Fern Creek area of Louisville, in all of Jefferson County and in the surrounding counties. Office Pride services office buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, churches, banks and more. The company also will offer floor cleaning services.

The women both have backgrounds in customer service-oriented industries and are sharing the duties of owning and operating the franchise, with Haile managing operations and Begashaw managing sales.

The women are best friends and wanted to open a business together so that they could give back to their community, Begashaw said. Haile added, “Our philosophy is to create and nurture positive employee and customer relationships so that we are all better as a result of having one another in our lives.”
