Office Evolution Continuing Georgia Expansion

Coworking franchisor set to open third Georgia location in Atlanta

January 29, 2020 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., is further expanding its footprint in Georgia by signing a development deal for a new location in Atlanta.

The newest Office Evolution location will be owned and operated by business partners Stan Brovont and Charlene Sosack. Though an address has yet to be announced, the duo is eyeing potential sites in Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, and Duluth and hopes to open in June of this year.

No stranger to managing a workplace, Brovont has 34 years of corporate management experience including over 20 years of leading global corporate strategic planning and execution. Currently, Stan owns two businesses including a strategy consulting firm and a residential rental home business with his son, and will soon be joining an investment bank as a Managing Director. Sosack also brings over 30 years of administrative and operations experience in the banking, engineering and marketing industries and plans to serve as the center’s business manager.

“We are excited to play a role in Office Evolution’s growth in the Atlanta market area,” Brovont said. “We liked Office Evolution because it is a strong and proven concept in the coworking industry and we felt it would fit perfectly in the Atlanta area. Our decades of experience in business management will help us create a space that facilitates the growth of local small businesses and individual entrepreneurs and we can’t wait to see the impact we will have.”

Office Evolution, with 65 locations open and nearly 80 in various stages of development, is the largest coworking franchise and the fourth largest network in the U.S. The model is based on local owners who are committed to serving their community, and is backed by the resources and distribution of a national brand. This sort of model is unique to the category. With more than 24 million non-employer businesses in the U.S. and more than 3.5 million U.S. businesses with four employees or less, demand for shared office space is high.

“We are excited to see the Office Evolution brand continue to grow in Georgia,” said Mark Hemmeter, founder and CEO of Office Evolution. “At Office Evolution, we don’t have franchisees, we have an ohana, and we are proud to add Stan and Charlene to our family. Atlanta is full of small business owners looking to provide their companies with the tools to succeed, and Stan and Charlene will greatly help their local business community flourish and exceed their goals.”

With dedicated work spaces, including private offices, conference rooms and shared workspace, Office Evolution has solutions for every business. There are also phone-answering services, address & mail services and other professional capabilities to help each small-business owner exceed their goals.

“Office Evolution continues to grow in markets around the country, and franchisees like Stan and Charlene play a major role in that growth,” Office Evolution COO and Global Workspace Association Board Member William Edmundson said. “Stan and Charlene’s passion for community coupled with their entrepreneurial spirits make them a perfect fit with the Office Evolution brand. They are extraordinary franchisees and will provide a great workspace where business owners and independent employers will exceed their goals and reach new heights.”
