Amada Senior Care of Long Beach Marks 7th Anniversary Serving Seniors and Families

Since opening its doors in February 2013, Amada Long Beach has employed more than 750 caregivers, schedulers, recruiters and other staff. The Peguses estimate they have provided care services to more than 425 clients, of which 232 are military veterans.

LONG BEACH, CALIF. (PRWEB) February 20, 2020 - Amada Senior Care of Long Beach announced its 7th anniversary as a full-service provider of compassionate, in-home senior care from trained and knowledgeable Amada caregivers. From day one of opening, owners Andre and Cyndi Pegus have taken a highly personalized approach to meeting every client’s unique needs, preferences and desires, all with the goal of delivering the most comprehensive senior care for each individual.

For the husband-wife team, their independently owned franchise business is about much more than caring for seniors - it is their way of making a positive contribution to the many communities in the South Bay Los Angeles area, from Westwood to Seal Beach.

“I really wanted to open a home care business because I believed in our ability to care for seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect. It has been a dream fulfilled to make a positive impact on our seniors’ daily lives while supporting their family members through challenging times,” said Andre Pegus.

Amada not only is dedicated to serving veterans but also to employing military spouses, who have difficulty getting hired due to frequently relocating. Last fall, Amada Senior Care Corp. was officially inducted as an employer-partner in the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Program (MSEP).

“We’re proud to be celebrating our seventh year of services, providing compassionate care to our seniors, helping them thrive while aging in place, and taking the lead on care management,” said Cyndi Pegus.

Along with becoming a trusted resource to seniors and their families, Amada Long Beach is a preferred partner among regional professionals, organizations and other specialists in the senior healthcare continuum dedicated to helping seniors thrive. The Amada Long Beach team leads with its in-depth knowledge and innovative approach to in-home senior care.

“Thank you for placing your trust in our team and with your support, Amada Senior Care will continue to be America’s trusted resource for caregiving, long-term care insurance (LTCi) claims advocacy, and care management now and in the future,” Cyndi Pegus said. “We look forward to many years of service ahead, helping seniors and their families.”
