Handyman Connection of Marietta will provide home renovation and restoration services to the communities of Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth and Woodstock. The new location is owned and operated by local entrepreneur, Jimmy Chalmers.

Jimmy Chalmers grew up in the construction industry, working at and then running his family’s business, before founding and operating a general construction company for several years. During this time, Jimmy learned how to do things carefully and at a slower pace and has worked on every facet of the construction of homes and retail spaces. He was also a tool belt general contractor and worked alongside tradesmen to learn each piece of the construction industry.

“The average age of homes in Marietta is 15 years old, which means that many houses are now in need of small to medium repairs and improvements,” said Jimmy. “Having worked in the construction industry and as a general contractor my whole life, I knew that opening a Handyman Connection was the perfect fit in order to offer these much needed services to the Marietta community.”
