Accomplished Powerhouse Husband-Wife Team to Inspire Business Leaders to Reach Goals by Leading with Hope 

January 13, 2021 // Franchising.com // NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC) is opening a new location with John and Kristi Hope. The Hopes will provide leadership coaching and leadership development programs to build strong cultures in businesses of all sizes and types, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses. They intend to Lead with Hope in 2021 and beyond by helping others evolve into strong leaders that organizations need to rebuild their teams and sustain their future.

The Hopes will assist businesses by aiding in the development of both their emerging and existing leaders, such as C-level executives, vice presidents, mid-level managers and emerging leaders, making Nashville a destination for leadership and cultural transformation retreats. They both bring with them extensive experience to their new business. John Hope is a graduate of West Point and is a retired United States Army Colonel, where he served four combat tours and two multi-national force peace keeping tours, also receiving a Purple Heart. He has also owned a number of small businesses in multiple industries during his civilian career. 

Kristi Hope graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering, building a successful career with Lockheed Martin, Honeywell and Textron in various roles. She was bestowed the Jordanian Star medal by King Hussein of Jordan for outstanding leadership while leading the total refurbishment of his head-of-state aircraft. Most recently, she served as Stanton Chase Executive Search’s Global Sector Leader – Aerospace & Defense.
