Taja Jacobs Leads the Charge for Celebrity's Soul Food Expansion in North America

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, February 03, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ - There is a proverb that says, "Behind every great man is a great woman," but Taja Jacobs, Chief Sustainability Officer for Celebrity's Management Co. LLC doesn't stand in the background. She shines brightly alongside her husband, Dr. Fredrick Jacobs. Together, the two co-founded and are spearheading Celebrity's Soul Food, the nation's first soul food chain. She and her husband are poised to take their brand to the next level as they open up franchise opportunities in North America.

The latest venture for the duo is Celebrity's Soul Food, a quality casual restaurant concept that specializes in premium scratch-made soul food served up with exceptional hospitality. The company prides itself on treating each guest like a star. To make Celebrity's Soul Food stand out from its competitors, they lean into innovation with their menu. They focus on local flavors and specialties while putting their own twist on soul food classics.

Celebrity's Soul Food is making history by opening up its brand to franchise partners and becoming the country's first soul food chain. With a rollout goal of 200 units, the company is looking to increase its presence across the U.S., as well as Canada and Mexico within the next few years.

Taja Jacobs is leading the charge for this growth, as she is no stranger to the restaurant business. Jacobs' achievements in the foodservice space include launching three restaurant concepts, increasing revenue by more than 150% over the course of a single year, and offering executive catering services to numerous celebrities, such as Steve Harvey, Kirk Franklin, Fantasia, SWV, Stoney Jackson, Monica, Warren G, Flex Alexander, Shanice Wilson, and Ashanti. She also has established experience in restaurant franchising and real estate development.

Outside of the restaurant space, Taja Jacobs serves as co-host with her husband for their radio and TV show, "Dr. J the Counselor." The relationship-focused program airs on Stevie Wonder's Los Angeles-based radio station, KJLH 102.3. She and Fredrick co-authored the soon-to-be-released book "Do I Want to Stay Married?" and she is also a practicing pastor.

Lady J, as Taja Jacobs is fondly called by her friends and peers, has plenty of experience and credibility to make her head of the ship that's steering Celebrity's Soul Food to new horizons.
