Brandie Taylor, a veteran of the United States Army, is excited to be spearheading the opening and operation of her own I Heart Mac & Cheese restaurant. Having served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and later undergoing a life-threatening brain surgery, Brandie is no stranger to life-or-death situations. As a result, she’s decided to commit herself to living her life to the fullest and doing the things she loves—and she LOVES I Heart Mac & Cheese and More!

“It’s not about where you come from, it’s about where you go from there,” Taylor shared about all the experiences that led her to her decision to become a franchisee. “I never let the past define me.”
