Engel & Völkers Continues Southwest Florida Expansion with New Shops in Venice and Sarasota

Engel & Völkers continues franchise expansion with new shops in Venice and Sarasota

VENICE, FLA. (PRWEB) August 23, 2021 - Engel & Völkers Florida today announced its latest franchise expansion with Engel & Völkers Venice Downtown and Engel & Völkers Sarasota; marking the brand’s sixth and seventh locations in the region. Local market expert, Victoria Stultz will lead the new brokerage as License Partner and Broker. The shop will be located at 201 Miami Ave W in Historic Downtown Venice; a grand opening is slated for later this year. The Sarasota location will be announced at a later time.

“I have been contacted by several other real estate franchise companies but none of them compared to Engel & Völkers,” said Stultz. “I was intrigued by what they had to offer and was very impressed with their systematic approach, advisor training and coaching, cutting-edge technology, distinctive marketing measures and truly connected global network. However, the most important factor was that their vision and core values aligned with mine. I'm excited to invite the community to my grand opening so they can learn more about this renowned brand.”

Stultz comes to Engel & Völkers from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where she was affiliated for the last six years. Prior, she was with Michael Saunders & Company. Her real estate experience spans more than two decades, in which time she has facilitated over 350 transactions totalling more than $135 million in sales. Her professional career began in sales for a Fortune 500 company in Cincinnati. Her specializations include waterfront homes, golf communities and corporate relocation for hospitals and manufacturing companies. She also possesses the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Her passion and dedication for the community extends beyond selling real estate, as she serves on many nonprofit boards and committees including vice president of the Venice-Nokomis Rotary Club, South County Tiger Bay Club, Venice High School Foundation, and president of Debutante Program of Sarasota/Manatee Counties. She is the former Chair of the Board of Directors for the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce and Venice Symphony.

“The impetus for me to go out on my own was when I realized the need for a concierge brokerage that delivers a white glove service from start to finish including after the sale,” said Stultz. “I also saw that there was a lack of training and coaching in our industry; I want to build a company where the advisors are highly trained with the same core values so when clients hire someone from my company, they know the level of service to expect.”

Engel & Völkers Venice Downtown will be located at 201 Miami Ave W in the Burgundy Square building. Designed by Harrison Gill, Venice’s first local architect, the two-story building was modeled after the iconic “Flat Iron” building in New York City. Retail shops and office spaces, such as the new Engel & Völkers shop, are located on the first floor and apartments are on the second.

Historic Downtown Venice dates back to the 1920’s and captures the charm of old Florida, with its moss-covered oaks and swaying palm trees lining the avenues. The six-street area emcompasses an assortment of boutiques, restaurants, bars, sweet treats, and services. These local, family-owned, small businesses are the soul of the city and contribute greatly to its economic vitality. Venice holds many distinctions including being a Silver Bicycle Friendly Community, a Monarch City USA and has been awarded the Coolest Downtown Award and the Outstanding Achievement Award for Landscaped Areas by America in Bloom in 2020.

“Due to my personal affinity and history with Sarasota, my team and I spent many years trying to identify the ideal franchise candidate for that market,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkes Florida. “Victoria is our perfect match. We are thrilled to be affiliated with her on, not one, but two Engel & Völkers shops.”

Stultz has ambitious goals for both shop locations, including becoming a billion-dollar company within the next decade. She is actively recruiting local talent, with plans to hire 15 full-time advisors at Engel & Völkers Venice Downtown by year's end; which will eventually comprise approximately 40 professionals. Her second office, Engel & Völkers Sarasota will likely open in the middle of 2022. There, she plans to build a group of 60.
