LaRosa’s Fairfield Officially Reopens

Results of Months-Long Renovation Revealed to Guests During Official Grand-Reopening Monday

January 18, 2022 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OHIO - For nearly 40 years, LaRosa’s Pizzeria has served generations of City of Fairfield families from the same location on Camelot Drive near Dixie Highway. In an optimistic nod to the future, yesterday LaRosa’s officially unveiled a comprehensive renovation of the entire restaurant with a Grand Reopening ribbon cutting.

The renovation strikes a bright new tone and new level of convenience for the family pizzeria. Its hallmarks include a bright, modern 143-seat dining room featuring many signature booths where families can enjoy LaRosa’s family recipes. While LaRosa’s Fairfield has always served a popular selection of beers and wine, the new dining room also features a beverage station that makes it easier for Guests to see and select their favorites.

While the dining room was just recently finished, another new feature has been open for several weeks; The Drive-Up Pick-Up Window– a feature LaRosa’s has been adding to its pizzerias over the last year and a half, provides more convenience to its Guests and has already proven popular in Fairfield. It allows Guests to order and pay using LaRosa’s convenient app, then swing by the pizzeria on their way home from work to pick up dinner without getting the kids out of the car.

“Now that we’re completely done with our renovation, we’re so excited to serve our Guests in this beautiful pizzeria,” said Mike LaRosa, CEO of LaRosa’s. “Our General Manager, Alex Burzynski and his team can’t wait to welcome them back,” he said.

“We’re like family here and our guests are part of the family – we know so many of them by name,” Burzyski said. “We’ve missed them these past months as the work was being done and are really looking forward to showing them our new place,” he said.

Yesterday’s formal ribbon cutting was attended by local officials including City of Fairfield Vice-Mayor Tim Abbott and LaRosa’s management including CEO Mike LaRosa and President & Chief Culinary Officer, Mark LaRosa. The first 200 dining room guests received a LaRosa’s goodie bag. It not only signaled the pizzeria’s official opening but served as an invitation welcoming back all LaRosa’s Fairfield guests.

While LaRosa’s Fairfield has a staff of eighty full-time and part-time team members, Burzynski expects he’ll need more help. “We think our new pizzeria will attract lots more guests. So, we’re actively looking to hire for all roles. We offer competitive pay, have flexible hours and it’s a great place to work,” he said.

LaRosa’s also offers a full menu of over 40 selections including appetizers, calzones, hoagys, salads and pastas for dine-in, pick-up or delivery in the neighborhood.
