Christian Brothers Automotive Signs Agreement to Open Second Phoenix Location

Local Entrepreneur Expands Trusted Car Service and Repair Brand’s Presence in Phoenix

March 02, 2022 // Franchising.com // PHOENIX - Christian Brothers Automotive is putting more consumers in the driver’s seat when it comes to making decisions on auto services and repair. The brand announced today a signed agreement that will bring a new location to Phoenix.

Owned by local entrepreneur Jeremy Gottberg, the new shop further expands access to quality car care in Phoenix with a refreshing guiding principle accompanying the approach Christian Brothers Automotive takes with its guests: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Beyond just exemplary auto service, the brand takes a close interest in the health of its guests’ vehicles by approaching auto repair work with transparency, integrity and compassion.

The new location will be Christian Brothers Automotive’s 11th shop in Arizona and located in the Ahwatukee Foothills neighborhood of Phoenix.

“There is a clear understanding on our part that most guests fear being taken advantage of by aftermarket automotive professionals and we strive to show our difference by creating a trusting relationship with our guests – one in which we can develop long-term trust,” said Gottberg. “We aren’t looking to upsell additional services when guests don’t absolutely need more work done to their cars. Instead, we talk through a guest’s options and give them the keys to making the final decision.”

Prior to opening Christian Brothers Automotive in Phoenix, Gottberg served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance. The technical and leadership skills he acquired during his service will be key to the successful operation of his Christian Brothers Automotive location.

“At the foundation of our services is the understanding of how to build confidence with our consumers and earn their trust in us as aftermarket automotive professionals. With this signed agreement, we’re focused on providing a better experience for more guests in Phoenix,” said Donnie Carr, President and CEO of Christian Brothers Automotive. “I’m confident that Jeremy’s passion for providing quality service makes him the perfect fit for the Phoenix area.”

Founded in Houston, Texas in 1982, Christian Brothers Automotive has successfully changed the way guests think about the auto service experience. From the waiting room environment of each shop, which feels more like a well-appointed family room in a home, to the hassle-free interaction with shop owners and managers, Christian Brothers Automotive provides guests with an informative and comforting assurance.

Based on a business model that taking your car to be serviced shouldn’t be a chore, Christian Brother Automotive offers a wide array of services, from simple upkeep and maintenance to preventative services addressing issues that would otherwise require more expensive repair and replacement down the road.
