BoConcept Franchisee Carlos Salamonovitz Opens Fourth South Florida Store; Will Hold a Grand Opening Party on April 28th

Just six months after his last opening in Fort Lauderdale’s River Market mall is launching another outpost for the iconic Danish franchise in Aventura.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (PRWEB) April 26, 2022 - Bold and stylish furniture franchise BoConcept is opening another South Florida location. On April 28th, Carlos Salamonovitz  will hold a grand opening party for his fourth Florida store and 13th store overall in Gulfstream Park Village at 600 Silks Run , Suite1280, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.

This new location arrives just six months after the opening of Salamonovitz’s previous BoConcept opening in the River Market mall in Fort Lauderdale, which has already established a large and loyal following.

“We have seen a major demand for our functional and stylish furniture at the first three Florida locations since year first store opened. Having found success quickly, we didn’t waste any time moving on the fourth,” Salamonovitz said. “With an outpouring of customers at the Brickell, Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale locations, we knew we had a lot of untapped opportunities still available, and we’re excited to start meeting the demand in the Aventura, Hallandale Beach and surrounding neighborhoods.”

Salamonovitz who currently oversees nine BoConcept stores in Mexico and four in South Florida, with additional locations in the pipeline for both markets, says Florida has proven to be the perfect market for the fast-growing furniture franchise. In fact, he even has a lease signed for his fifth Sunshine State location to open later this year at The Gateway at Wynwood.

“Florida is a very international market, which is perfect for a global brand like BoConcept,” he said. “People know us from their home countries, and they know that we offer superior products to just about any other option in the U.S. or abroad. There is also a growing number of first- and second-time home buyers in Florida who are looking for high-end but affordable furniture.”

Florida's Office of Economic and Demographic Research reported that Florida gained an estimated 329,717 new residents between April 2020 and April 2021. As homeowners move into the state, BoConcept is ready to help them furnish their homes through its comprehensive in-home or store interior design service.

The Gulfstream Park Village BoConcept store marks the franchise’s 18th store in the United States.

“Carlos exemplifies everything we look for in our franchisees,” Knigge said. “He knows his consumer, he knows the value of our brand, and he’s always looking for growth opportunities. His consistent growth in Mexico and Florida is proof of how successful our model can be when applied by someone who truly understands it.”
