JDog Brands Joins the RED (Remember Everyone Deployed) Movement to Raise Money for Deployed Service Members Through Soldiers’ Angels

The home services franchisor will be raising awareness and donations by driving a specialty wrapped RED vehicle across Pennsylvania and Maryland on April 28th.

BERWYN, PA. (PRWEB) April 29, 2022 - JDog Brands has announced a strategic, nationwide partnership with Soldiers’ Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to providing aid, comfort, and resources to the military, veterans, and their families.

While JDog's mission is widely known to be centered around reducing the Veteran unemployment rate to under 1%, they’re now engaging in a new mission to inspire every American to wear a red shirt on Fridays to honor and remember everyone deployed. To bring awareness to the RED movement, JDog will be driving their RED wrapped vehicle to locations in their home state of Pennsylvania and Maryland while raising money for Soldiers' Angels.

“I think we as Americans go on with our lives every day without realizing that there are troops constantly deploying each week,” said JDog Brands CEO and Veteran Jerry Flanagan. “It only gets highlighted when there's a war or an invasion, but for the last 70 years, troops have been deployed around the world to protect us and our country. It's important that people take the time to put on a RED shirt to remind ourselves and others about our troops. Soldiers' Angels is the perfect partner in this mission because the work they do for our military and their families is nothing short of heroic.”

“We are very excited to partner with JDog Brands and encourage more Americans to show support for our deployed service members,” said Amy Palmer, President and CEO of Soldiers’ Angels. “In 2003 when Soldiers’ Angels was founded, there was resounding support for our military and thousands of people wore RED every Friday. However, we have seen that support decline steadily over the last 19 years, so we’re very excited that JDog is going to help bring light back to this important weekly tradition.”
