PrideStaff Named to Forbes’ America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms List for Sixth Consecutive Year

May 12, 2022 // Franchising.com // During this time of fierce competition for top talent, PrideStaff is pleased to announce that they were ranked #68 among the elite group of 200 firms named to Forbes’ 2022 List of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms. This is the sixth consecutive year PrideStaff has made the list, and the third consecutive year they have earned a spot among the top 70 firms.

Each year, Forbes partners with market research company, Statista, to conduct an independent survey of recruiting industry peers and clients, gathering feedback from external recruiters, hiring managers and job candidates. Approximately 31,000 recruiters and 6,900 job candidates were invited to participate in this year’s survey, and they submitted more than 22,000 nominations for final analysis. Forbes used the data to create its 2022 Best Professional Recruiting Firms list, comprised of the highest rated professional search firms that specialize in filling positions with salaries of less than $100,000. In addition to ranking #68 on this list, PrideStaff also ranked #33 on Forbes’ 2022 America’s Best Temp Staffing Firms list, which was based on the same data.

“With millions of vacant positions across the nation, and far too few qualified candidates in the market, businesses are facing their worst candidate shortages in decades,” said PrideStaff Co-CEO, Tammi Heaton. “Being named once again to Forbes’ list of elite professional recruiting firms in this climate is a true honor–and a testament to our success in quickly connecting employers with top talent.”

“Expanding PrideStaff’s capabilities in 2021 through the launch of our professional recruiting division, G.A. Rogers & Associates, allowed us to increase our value as a recruiting partner, right when employers needed it most,” continued Heaton. “Focusing on supervisory, managerial and leadership positions, this division complements PrideStaff’s recruiting expertise, accelerating hiring and improving access to talent for a full range of roles–from entry- and mid-level employees, up to managers and executives. As client demand and talent shortages continue to grow, The PrideStaff Companies will continue to live our shared mission, ‘Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most,’ and deliver exceptional candidates who make a meaningful impact within our clients’ organizations.”
