Larosa’s Celebrates Three Years Of Making Memories In Lexington with ‘Summer Of Lexington’ and Introduces The 859-Pizza

Lexington-area Guests Can Win Pizza-for-a-Year and Other Prizes

July 05, 2022 // Franchising.com // LEXINGTON, KY - LaRosa’s Family Pizzeria first put down roots in Lexington with its debut on Richmond Road in 2019, adding pizzerias soon after on Southland Drive in Lexington and on Lantern Ridge Drive in Richmond, Kentucky. The people of the Lexington area have genuinely embraced LaRosa’s Italian family recipes, so to celebrate, LaRosa’s is rolling out ‘Summer of Lexington’ with chances to win 20,000 prizes including Pizza-for-a-Year. LaRosa’s is also unveiling a new pizza created just for Lexington LaRosa’s Guests, dubbed the 859 Pizza. With a bold, savory flavor, featuring sausage, artisanal pepperoni and LaRosa’s new Sicilian sauce on a choice of crusts, the 859 Pizza will be available beginning July 7 at LaRosa’s Richmond Road, Southland and Richmond, Kentucky pizzerias, and will be a permanent menu offering.

“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve the people of the Lexington and to be a part of our Guests lives, that we wanted to create something just for them,” noted Gary Holland, CEO of One Holland, LaRosa’s Central Kentucky franchisee. “The 859 Pizza was created based on our Guests preferences and we are excited to see their reaction when we serve them,” he continued.

LaRosa’s ‘Summer of Lexington’ scratch-off cards are available with carry-out and dine-in orders from July 7 through August 28, 2022. Four lucky Guests can win Pizza-for-a-Year; other prizes include LaRosa’s t-shirts, food prizes such as desserts, soft drinks, hoagys, pizzas and percent or dollars-off offers for future orders. All offers and prizes must be redeemed by September 30, 2022.

LaRosa’s is famous for its family recipe pizza. Founder Buddy LaRosa used his Aunt Dena’s pizza recipe when starting his first pizzeria in 1954; nearly 70 years later, LaRosa’s still uses the same recipe. LaRosa’s also offers a full menu of over 40 selections including appetizers, calzones, hoagys, salads and pastas for dine in, pick up or delivery in the Lexington neighborhood.
