Venture X Announces New Location Coming to Fairfax, Virginia

FAIRFAX, VA, August 10, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ - Venture X® announced it will be adding a new location in Fairfax, VA in 2022. The space will be on the 3rd floor at Williams Crossing, located at 3060 Williams Drive, Suite 300, Fairfax, VA 22031.

Venture X Fairfax-Mosaic is conveniently located a short walk from the trend setting, LEED Silver certified, Mosaic District, the innovative retail and entertainment community in Merrifield, VA in the Washington DC area. It has nearby access to I-495 and route 50 in Fairfax County, VA and is only a half mile commute by shuttle to Dunn Loring Metro Station.

The new location offers flexible office space options for individuals and companies. Selections include private offices for teams and entrepreneurs with shared workspaces and virtual office plans that have a professional mailing address with unlimited package and mail reception. Northern Virginia has two existing locations, one in Arlington and another at One Loudoun in Ashburn which also has nearby restaurants and retail shops within walking distance.

Members will have access to the community - café area which promotes opportunities for networking and collaboration. This is the 2nd location for Venture X franchise owners Richie and Charissa Parsons, who also own the Venture X location at One Loudoun in Ashburn. "We set out with a goal of opening several locations in Northern Virginia starting in One Loudoun," said Richie Parsons. "After being open less than 10 months, our first location is almost at capacity; so, we've been looking at options for expansion.
