Office Pride of Louisville-Shelbyville Wins Franchise System’s Rookie of the Year Honors

September 15, 2022 // Franchising.com // PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Louisville-Shelbyville has been named the national company’s Rookie of the Year. Office Pride of Louisville-Shelbyville is owned by Todd Sanders.

Sanders was recognized with the award for a franchise that demonstrated outstanding performance in its first full year at Office Pride’s annual owners’ retreat, which was held Aug. 24-27 in Nashville.

Sanders was cited for outstanding growth in his first year in business. His monthly invoicing already has eclipsed the company average by 19.4%. After just one year, he has been tapped to serve as a member of the Franchise Advisory Council.

Additionally, the franchise was awarded with the national franchise company’s Standards of Excellence Award, which recognizes promotion of Office Pride’s core values, sales growth and revenue retention, engagement and reporting.
