The brand is bringing on new franchise partner, Sundeep Chahal, to own and operate the new location coming to Walnut Creek. Salty Dawg Pet Salon sources licensed hairstylists and barbers, and provides them with an exclusive dog grooming training program to transition from styling humans to styling our furry companions. The brand is excited to begin providing furry friends across the San Francisco Bay Area the proper care and pampering they deserve.

As the grooming industry faces challenges of finding quality stylists to keep pace with the demand, and the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics predicting that the industry will need to recruit, train and employee 64,000 new groomers by 2026 just to keep pace with the demand for pet ownership, now is the perfect time for Chahal to bring Salty Dawg to the Walnut Creek community, offering locals a luxurious, trustworthy grooming experience for their pups.
