Iron Tribe Fitness Named One of the 2023 Best Places to Work by the Birmingham Business Journal

April 21, 2023 // Franchising.com // BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Iron Tribe Fitness can add yet another recognition to its list of accomplishments. The fitness franchise was recently named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for 2023.

“We are so grateful to be recognized in this list. Our team’s commitment to excellence is our greatest strength and I couldn’t be more proud of how we navigated the past year,” said Iron Tribe Fitness founder and CEO Forrest Walden. “We believe our best is always ahead of us and our placement on this list speaks to that spirit.”

Iron Tribe Fitness joins 45 other honorees who were the top scorers in their size categories (Micro, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large) on a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey assessed companies on communication, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and more.;

Iron Tribe Fitness was recognized in the Medium category, which ranked companies with 25 to 39 employees.

According to Birmingham Business Journal editor-in-chief Stephanie Rebman, “Every company has a culture, but not every culture equates to being a great place to work. The companies here entered our annual Best Places to Work program, which puts employees' thoughts and perspectives in the forefront to evaluate which businesses are the best in Birmingham.
