SUCCESS® Space Prepares for Location Openings Across 12 States in 2023

April 26, 2023 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, TX - SUCCESS Space is taking “work from home” to another level in 2023, as the emerging cafe, cowork and coaching franchise aims to grow its location count to double digits across 12 states in the year ahead.

SUCCESS® Space, a subsidiary asset of eXp World Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPI), celebrates brand milestones including the opening of its first franchise locations in San Antonio, Houston and Flower Mound, TX in late Spring 2023.

The brand has signed franchise agreements with 13 franchisees to join its Founder’s Club and open 14 SUCCESS Space locations across the U.S., including Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, New York, Texas and Virginia.

This impressive group of franchisees includes eXp Realty agents and brokers, experienced entrepreneurs and community leaders. Furthering the brand’s impressive development thus far, SUCCESS Space aims to open 20 locations in 2023 and end the year with 35 locations in development.

“This year is set to be pivotal for the brand as we have a number of openings this spring including our first in the thriving city of Sugar Land,” said Ted Laatz, President of SUCCESS Space. “We aim to continue our strategic growth across the country and open 20 locations alongside our committed franchise partners to build what we expect to become one of the nation’s leading franchise coworking concepts.”

Designed to meet the demand for a suburban, modernized workspace, the SUCCESS Space locations include on-demand, virtual & monthly coworking office rentals, a SUCCESS Cafe™, certified SUCCESS® Coaching, and a SUCCESS World™ metaverse. The coworking spaces aim to support and enhance the growth of local business professionals and solopreneurs who are both socially minded and technologically savvy.

As SUCCESS Space looks ahead, the brand has identified a number of prime markets where the concept would thrive including new markets such as Arizona, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio. In addition, the brand is seeking growth opportunities in existing markets including California, Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Virginia. Franchise opportunities are available across all 50 states with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and New York.

“It has been very exciting to watch the SUCCESS Space business scale,” said Kelli Schroeder, VP of Franchise Development at SUCCESS Space. “The team has worked diligently to attract our founding franchisees that will bring the brand to life, and I am eager to see the first locations open this year.”

As an emerging franchise concept, SUCCESS Space is expanding nationally with both single and multi-unit franchise operators. Ideal franchisees have a strong vision for how “work” is evolving. SUCCESS Space is looking for smart businesspeople to invest in their local communities who have a background in entrepreneurship, leadership, small business management and retail. Well-capitalized investors and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply.
