Grease Monkey® and SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service® Host First-Ever Joint Conference

May 04, 2023 // Franchising.com // Greenwood Village, CO - FullSpeed Automotive®, home to flagship brands Grease Monkey®,SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service®, and Kwik Kar®, recently hosted a joint brand conference in Nashville, Tennessee, where 121 Grease Monkey and 53 SpeeDee franchisees were recognized for their outstanding performance throughout 2022.

Throughout the 3-day conference, franchisees heard from guest speakers as well as the senior leadership team, and participated in a full schedule of education sessions and breakouts. Franchisees also got to experience a vendor show, attend social events, and celebrate top performers during an awards ceremony. Keynote speakers included Dr. Bob Nelson, President of Nelson Motivation Inc.; Jason Lowder, FixAim Marketing; and Dave Hobbs, Senior Technical Trainer and Course Developer.

“Our franchisees work so hard year-round to provide quick, quality service to customers, and all contribute to the overall success and growth we have experienced,” said Ron Stilwell, President of FullSpeed Automotive. “Not only do they strive for their own success, but also to make sure our brands succeed. We are delighted to be able to award our franchisees, and hope this year’s conference gave the entire system the confidence and boost they need to keep growing and make 2023 an even better year.”

Notably, this year, Grease Monkey is celebrating its 45th anniversary. “Everything we do is focused on making our customers happy and ensuring the success of our franchisees. Now, we have refined store models and innovative systems to support our efforts to continually improve as we move into the next 45 years,” added Stilwell.
