This recognition further attests to his leadership and commitment to serving his community through challenging times.

Presented by the President of BFG, Rusty Amarante, and the President of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, Tim Fagan, Austin Duchaine and his 1-800 WATER DAMAGE business were recognized for their dedication to making a difference in the community following water, fire, smoke and other loss or damage. The award highlights his contribution to the system and his overall commitment to going above and beyond for customers throughout Mechanicsburg, York, Camp Hill, and surrounding areas.

Duchaine is well deserving of the Rookie of the Year award for his performance and growth in under 12 months.
